January 30-day challenge
What are your New Year's resolutions for 2018? Perhaps we can help you. In the month of January we organize a yoga challenge. do together 30 days of bikram yoga in a row and see what changes and improves physically and mentally. Is 30 days too much for you? Then think of your own challenge.
Everything is possible: 3x a week, 2x a day, every lesson a different place, you name it. Maybe your challenge is to come and do a lesson after 3 months.
Would you like to purchase a monthly card for your challenge? That's possible, we will temporarily stop your current lesson card.
Register on the schedule that is hanging in the school and start 2018 strong together!
Every challenge deserves a certificate. And do you complete the 30 days? Then you will receive a super nice t-shirt as a gift!
